Let’s come together as men to be better for ourselves and those around us.

Warriors in Gardens LLC is an organization that offers men’s self-improvement seminars. We provide the space, education and support to allow men to come together and start their journeys of self-improvement. George Gogas used his knowledge from being a mental health therapist, experience as a combat veteran and honor of being a dad to create Warriors in Gardens. See more about him below.

Warriors in Gardens mission is to encourage men that we can improve ourselves and live better lives. Being tough and strong is a good thing but we need to find that balance. Like a warrior in a garden. Warriors in Gardens calls out to men of all demographics to come together and be great leaders and better men.

Our in-person events focus on helping attendees work toward living a life based on the Warriors in Gardens Seven Principles. These Principles are guidelines on how to live a strong and balanced life. Check out our “What We Are About” section for a list of our Warriors in Gardens Seven Principles.

Bootcamp is our Warriors in Gardens Intro course. Once it’s completed you’ll have access to additional courses and our support network. Events also include: team/support building, helpful tools, guest speakers, exercise/yoga demos, mindful activities and a completion ceremony by the campfire. Not to mention a motivational and bonding experience.

Let’s be better not only for ourselves, but for our families and communities.

It is better to be a warrior in a garden than a gardner in a war.

Our Founder

George Gogas

Warriors in Gardens was founded when George Gogas combined his knowledge as a mental health therapist, experience as an infantry combat veteran and honor of being a dad to create this unique organization.

After returning from Afghanistan he saw many veterans struggling with their mental health. This combined with his own struggles propelled him to start his journey to become a licensed therapist.

During his time as a therapist he has focused on helping men overcome the stigma of asking for help and learn evidenced based skills to manage their mental health. While working with many other veterans, first responders and those in high stress jobs he realized finding the balance between a warrior and a gardener is essential.

George strongly feels that men need to come together so we can be better for ourselves and communities. The Warriors in Gardens Seven Principles are there to guide our path! Our Bootcamp event offers the space, skills and support to help start your journey.

What we do now echoes into eternity.
